En av de ställena som jag fastande mest för, utöver naturområden, på Maui var en söt, färglad liten stad som heter Paia. Den ligger på Mauis north shore så alla surfare samlas här och också en hel del hippies. (Det finns till och med en instagram där de lägger upp många av karaktärerna som samlas här, kolla in People of Paia.) Paia är fullt av söta cafeer, surfbutiker (och hel del drömgångar/kristallbutiker också måste tilläggas...) och all ekologisk mat du kan önska dig på Mana, världens bästa matbutik!
